I’m looking for a women-only space—do you offer that? Yes, this is a space created exclusively for women. It’s designed to feel safe, understanding, and gently empowering—a place where you can simply be yourself. We also continue to grow our offerings to support different needs within our community..
I feel isolated and can’t always get out—can I still be part of this? Absolutely. Whether you’re joining from home or in person, you’re warmly welcomed into our community. Our online sessions and private spaces allow you to connect with like-minded women, share when you wish, and feel part of something supportive and meaningful.
Do you offer one-to-one support? Yes, we offer personalised creative therapy and coaching for women who feel ready for deeper, more focused support. This is your space to be held, listened to, and gently guided forward.
Do I have to share personal things in group sessions? Not at all. Your presence is enough. You are always in control of what you choose to share, and you’ll never be expected to open up beyond what feels comfortable for you.
I struggle with meditation because I can’t switch off my thoughts—am I doing it wrong? Not at all. A busy mind is completely natural. Meditation here is approached gently—it’s not about silence, but about awareness and kindness towards yourself. We also weave in creative and visual practices to make it feel more accessible and enjoyable.
Is there an age limit? Our sessions are open to women aged 18 and over.
